FIREWORKS ARE BACK AT THE DEAL PARK WALKING TRACK!

The City of Kings Mountain hosts Revolutionary 4th to celebrate not only our country’s independence but the role the area of Kings Mountain played in the Colonial Patriot’s victory over the British during the Revolutionary War. Revolutionary 4th will consist of an evening of music, fun activities, food vendors, and a very special reenactment of the Battle of Kings Mountain by the cast of Liberty Mountain and FIREWORKS!

During Revolutionary 4th, dance troops and pre-recorded music will entertain the crowds. The Loch Norman Pipe Band will lead a parade around the walking track. Children’s activities and attractions will include, inflatable bounce houses, face painting, a balloon artist, and FIREWORKS. Food vendors will be on hand to offer savory meals, as well as sweet concessions. Patriotic opening ceremonies will be followed by an exciting performance of the final moments of the Battle of Kings Mountain by the cast members of Liberty Mountain. At dark, one of the largest fireworks shows between Asheville and Charlotte will begin.

The fun starts at 6:00 pm. Deal Park Walking Track is located at 211 North Cleveland Avenue, Kings Mountain.
